Privacy

You can read everything on the site without an account. Page views are measured to see which pages get used and how people find the site. This uses an analytics cookie that identifies your browser, not you; it holds no name or email address.

An account stores your email address, the team you pick as your favorite, and whether you asked to receive email updates.

The same account will work on the companion sites from the same author as they launch.

Sign-in codes are sent to your address when you ask for one. Other email is sent only if “Email me ratings updates” is ticked. It is ticked by default when you create an account; untick it then, or in the account menu at any time.

Your information is not sold or shared with advertisers. It is handled only by the service providers needed to run the site: measuring page views, storing accounts, delivering email, and checking that sign-ups come from people rather than bots.

Open the account menu and choose “Delete account”. Your email address and preferences are erased immediately.
